Her extensive background includes nearly 15 years at Flexim Security and CERTEGO Finland, where she played a key role in supporting leadership teams through rapid organizational growth and digital transformations, including the implementation of product organizations and web portal development. Sini is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Modern Leadership at LAB University of Applied Sciences and holds a BBA in Business Communications from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
