Simona has been working in Executive Search Firms for more than 20 years and joined the Milan office of Stanton Chase International since its setting up. Simona is Senior Research Manager. She is very much a Generalist but has been gaining experience and in-depth knowledge in the Industrial, Consumer Products and Services, Professional Services and Technology Sectors. She has extensive delivery and research capabilities in handling demanding Assignments in several Business Functions. She handles relationships with Clients as well. Simona is also in charge of running the Milan office as Office Manager and is focal point for the Administrative Department.
