Simon Roberts is Managing Director at Sheffield Haworth, where he leads the firm�s Asia Pacific platform based in Hong Kong, focusing on executive search across corporate and investment banking, M&A, and capital markets. With over 30 years of experience in financial markets, he has extensive expertise in hiring senior leaders across investment banking and financial services in Asia. He joined Sheffield Haworth as a Non-Executive Director in 2002, later becoming Group Chief Operating Officer in 2007 before relocating to Hong Kong in 2009 to expand the firm�s Asia operations. Prior to his tenure at Sheffield Haworth, he worked at UBS Warburg in London as Executive Director and Co-Head of UK Equity Capital Markets, and began his career at Cazenove & Co. Simon holds a Master of Arts in Law from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
