Simon Labonté is a Partner at Décarie Transearch in Montreal, where he specializes in executive search, board recruitment, and talent management across multiple industries. He works with clients in financial services, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, retail, distribution, and technology sectors, supporting both senior management and board-level hiring needs. Over his career, he has developed experience across boutique and global executive search firms, building expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and leadership advisory. Prior to his current role, he held progressive positions within Décarie Executive Search, including Director and Senior Director, where he managed executive-level mandates. He also gained experience at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Research Associate, contributing to senior-level executive search and assessment projects, and earlier worked as an Associate in Executive Search at Boyden. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Management and Sustainable Development from the Université de Sherbrooke.
