Silvia Lago advises executives, CEOs and boards in creating transformational leadership assessment and development programs. Based in Barcelona, she has over 20 year of consulting experience and has led executive search, leadership assessment, and development programs globally. Over the course of her career, Silvia has worked with top-tier clients across the globe utilizing her professional and team coaching skills to provide support and next-level ideas. In 2015, she founded inSynch Global, a management consulting firm, where she built and managed a global network of coaches, consultants, and facilitators who provided leadership assessment and development solutions to clients. Before inSynch, she was a principal at another executive search firm delivering C-suite search assignments in the technology space. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Amrop in a variety of consulting roles in their Sao Paulo, London, Miami, and Barcelona offices. She started her career at KPMG Consulting, focused on Executive Search. “Stop Fitting. Start Being.” Silvia holds a BS in international relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, an executive master in change diploma from INSEAD, and an EMBA in leadership development from Harvard Business School. She speaks fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Silvia is licensed as a professional certified coach – both for individuals and teams - with the International Coaching Federation and has obtained a PCC accreditation after completing over 500 hours of Executive Coaching. She is certified in Hogan Assessments.
