A designated CPA and CA with over 15 years of experience, Sid has a proven track record of bridging the gap between financial rigor and strategic corporate governance. His career includes serving as a Partner at Deloitte Canada and as the CFO of Cannabis Compliance Inc., where he specialized in risk mitigation and regulatory facility design. Sid’s foundational expertise in finance was honed at global organizations such as Maple Leaf Foods and GCT Global Container Terminals, where he pioneered "cultures of analytics" through cloud-based financial reporting. He began his professional journey at EY, managing multinational audit engagements during the transition to IFRS. Sid holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is an Accredited Board Director (AccBD).
