Sherrie L. Barch is a CEO, leadership advisor, author, and speaker with nearly four decades of experience building high-performing leadership teams. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of both Furst Group, a nationally recognized healthcare executive search firm she co-founded in 1988, and NuBrick Partners, a leadership consulting company established in 2009 to assess, develop, and retain exceptional talent. She is also a Member of the Council of Americas for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Salveson Stetson Group. Throughout her 37-year career, Sherrie has interviewed and advised thousands of leaders, focusing on aligning roles, responsibilities, and organizational systems to drive sustainable success. She is the creator of the "3 Buckets" leadership framework and the author of multiple books, including "Escaping the Workaround Bucket" and "Heaven's Bell." Certified in several leadership assessments including Hogan, Sherrie earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Organizational Communication from Western Illinois University.
