Her expertise lies at the intersection of traditional executive search and digital transformation; she is a champion for the integration of AI and evidence-based digital products to modernize the hiring and benchmarking process. Prior to her current role, Sahana held senior leadership and research positions at prominent firms including Korn Ferry, Sheffield Haworth, and Jo Fisher Executive. She is recognized for her consultative, outcomes-driven approach and her commitment to embedding authentic diversity and equity into leadership solutions. Sahana holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and studied Communications and Computer Science at the Auckland University of Technology.
