I am an Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration department of Fieldfisher's Brussels office, advising national and international clients on complex and strategic employment and social security matters. Working closely with businesses, I deliver pragmatic and commercially driven solutions across the full spectrum of HR and employment law matters. My experience spans key areas such as workforce structuring, compensation and benefits, employment status, individual terminations and outsourcing. I have developed particular expertise in supporting clients through high-stakes transformation projects, including local and cross-border restructurings, collective redundancies and business transfers. In this context, I help client navigate change efficiently while mitigating legal and reputational risks. Clients also rely on my support in dealings with labour and social security inspectorates, as well as in complex, high-risk litigation before labour courts and tribunals. My academic background includes a Master of Laws and an additional master’s degree in social law from the Université libre de Bruxelles. I am a member of the Brussels Bar. I am natively bilingual in French and Albanian, fluent in English, and have a basic knowledge of Dutch.
