Experience Before working in the real estate sector in Dusseldorf, Sebastian gained substantial experience in the search industry in the firm's offices in Beijing, Hamburg, and Munich. Afterwards, and with a special focus on digital, he worked for another large global search firm before returning to Heidrick & Struggles. Sebastian, along with the entire German real estate team, has established a unique track record, market knowledge, and reputation in the region with over 800 senior mandates over the past 25 years. He has contributed significantly in filling highly-prestigious positions at the management and supervisory board level in German real estate.
