As a certified specialist in employment law, I have many years of experience advising national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of my practice is advising domestic and international professional recruitment companies on employment, social security, and civil law matters. I specialise in the contractual structuring and practical implementation of flexible workforce models, including the engagement of contractors, work and service contracts, temporary agency workers, and interim managers. My other areas of expertise include advising on all types of restructuring measures, including all matters relating to transfers of undertakings and outsourcing, as well as post-merger integration. In this context, I assist companies in integrating different workforce and organisational structures following a transaction. I regularly represent employers before the labour courts of first and second instance as well as the German Federal Labour Court. My practice also includes negotiations with works councils and trade unions. I have particular experience in the Life Sciences & Healthcare, Aviation and Hospitality sectors.
