Under Scott’s leadership Richardson Executive Search went from a vision to reality and beyond. His focus is on the company’s long-term vision, brand development, and Richardson’s integration with the other companies within the ECL Group. Scott has 25 years of search industry experience and is passionate about all things people related. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and graduate of NAIT’s Business Administration program. Scott is a proud member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), past Chapter Chair of the Alberta Chapter, and past President for the Edmonton Chapter Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). Scott has also been the recipient of the Business Leaders of Tomorrow Award in 2013 and under his direction, Richardson supports numerous charities across Western Canada.
