Based in Calgary, she specializes in finding senior leaders and board members for clients, bringing over 15 years of executive search experience across various industries. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Saya was a Research Consultant at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions in Calgary. She also worked at the Centre for Sleep and Human Performance, where she managed research projects and recruited volunteers for studies. Her contributions to the Calgary Police Service’s Health and Human Performance Research Initiative were recognized with an award. Saya earned a BA in psychology from the University of Calgary and a BA in applied justice studies from Mount Royal University.
