Sarah Thomas is a Partner and the Head of People at Saxton Bampfylde, where she oversees the firm's internal human resources strategy and talent lifecycle. With over 20 years of experience as an HR generalist, Sarah has a proven track record of supporting SMEs across diverse sectors, including professional services, hospitality, and the charitable sector. Fluent in French, she has extensive experience managing commercial and HR operations between the UK and France. Prior to her current leadership role, she spent several years as an HR Business Partner and Team Leader within Saxton Bampfylde, and previously served as an HR Advisor for the National Botanic Garden of Wales. Her background also includes entrepreneurial experience as the Managing Director of a venture in Montpellier, France. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and French from Swansea University and completed an Erasmus program at the Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry. She currently serves as a Foundation Governor for Seer Green Church of England School.
