I am an Associate in Fieldfisher's Technology & Data team in Brussels. Passionate about privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital regulation, I advise organisations on the legal and regulatory challenges arising from technological innovation and digital transformation. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the Innovation Department of a Belgian law firm, where I advised public authorities on data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and related regulatory matters. My experience includes acting as DPO, conducting GDPR compliance assessments, assisting clients before the Belgian Data Protection Authority, advising on cybersecurity governance and breach notifications, and delivering training on AI regulation. I hold a Master of Laws from KU Leuven, preceded by a bilingual French-Dutch Bachelor of Law completed across KU Leuven and Université Saint-Louis. As part of my studies, I completed an Erasmus exchange at Aarhus University in Denmark. I am currently pursuing an Executive Master in Law & AI at the Brussels Study Center in collaboration with the University of Liège. I am a member of the Brussels bar. I am a native Dutch and French speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
