With a career spanning over two decades in the executive search industry, he provides strategic talent advisory services including executive recruitment, leadership development, and board services. Prior to his current leadership roles, Santiago served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where he led the Industrial and Life Sciences practices and oversaw the Board and CEO practice for the Andean Region. His extensive experience includes serving as Gerente General for Executive Connection SAS and as a Partner for the Andean Region and General Manager at Heidrick & Struggles in Bogot�. Earlier in his career, he held consultant positions at Boyden Colombia and Spencer Stuart, and served as Gerente General for EC-JobShark in Lima. Santiago holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a BS in Marketing from George Mason University.
