Based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, she brings nearly 15 years of experience in both national and international recruitment. Sandra is a Certified Specialist in PROPHET Profiling, a business-focused tool she utilizes to help organizations understand how their leadership teams can best collaborate to execute strategy and enhance commercial performance. Her career with Boyden spans over a decade, including seven years as an independent consultant for Boyden Spain, where she supported cross-border searches across Europe. Prior to her career in executive search, Sandra held significant leadership roles in the international floral industry, managing sales and marketing teams in Colombia and the US. She holds an Executive MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. Sandra is also a Certified Research Associate through the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
