Sami Zouehid is the Managing Partner for the MENA region at Wilton & Bain, specializing in attracting market-leading talent across technology, digital, finance, and legal leadership functions for organizations undergoing transformation. Alongside his executive search work, he serves on the advisory boards of STOA, Recycle&Go, and IWBD - On Board Women. Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Sami spent nearly 13 years as a Partner at the regional search firm McArthur Murray and as a Partner within the AltoPartners international alliance in Dubai, executing senior searches across the Middle East and North Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Consultant at Kawas Consulting SAL and as a Senior Research Associate at Amrop Hever Group across Beirut and Dubai. He built his early commercial and project management expertise as a Business Development Manager at Solsoft Technology Ltd and as a Sales Executive within the sponsorship department at Sports Media Presentation. Sami attended the University of Westminster and Eastbourne College.
