Samantha Greenblatt Lexton is an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in New York. Samantha brings a sophisticated financial background to her search work, having previously served as a Principal at Catalyst Investors, a New York-based growth equity firm.
