With over 20 years of experience at the firm, Salvador is a senior leader within the Financial Services practice and spearheads the Private Equity and Hospitality & Leisure sectors in Spain. His deep expertise in the financial sector is further highlighted by his previous tenure as the EMEA Financial Services Head for the firm. Before transitioning into executive search in 2006, Salvador spent nearly 15 years at Bank of America, where he served as Managing Director, providing him with a profound understanding of global banking and capital markets. His dual perspective as a former industry executive and a veteran leadership advisor allows him to counsel boards and investment firms on their most critical talent and governance needs.
