I have also been at the forefront of advising on emerging issues such as generative AI, digital platform, and foreign subsidies, ensuring clients are prepared for regulatory changes in these evolving fields. I have extensive experience managing projects across different time zones and jurisdictions, and I can effectively coordinate with businesses, counsels, and regulators. I hold an LL.M. in International Business Law from ULB, a Master's in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris in collaboration with Columbia University, and a Master's in International Law from Beijing Foreign Studies University. I am a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Beijing Bar (China). In addition to my native Mandarin, I am fluent in English and proficient in French.
