Roy Herold is a Senior Partner and Leadership Advisor at MPS Executive & Board, bringing over 30 years of international leadership experience to his role. He has personally conducted more than 500 C-level hires and is a recognized expert in executive assessments and board-level strategy. Roy has held several high-profile leadership positions throughout his career, including Managing Director roles at MPS Executive Search and MPS International, as well as CEO and Managing Director positions at major global corporations such as Electrolux (Finland & CIS), British American Tobacco (Nordic), and Philip Morris Europe. A prominent figure in the global search community, he is the Chair Emeritus and a former Global President of Panorama Leadership. Roy is also a Board Member of the Finnish Executive Search Firms’ Association (FEX). He holds a BBA from Illinois State University and has completed advanced management programs at both INSEAD and IMD.
