Rose Gailey is a Partner at Heidrick Consulting and serves as the Global Organization and Culture Shaping COE Lead. Based in Dallas, she specializes in working with executive teams to build high-performing, sustainable cultures that align with strategy and structure to accelerate business results. Rose brings a unique bicultural and bilingual perspective to her work, with extensive experience leading large-scale transformations and leadership engagements across Latin America and the United States. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she spent over a decade as a consultant at Gagen MacDonald, focusing on strategy execution and employee engagement, and previously served as a Vice President at Senn Delaney. Rose’s academic background is rooted in psychology, holding an M. Ed. in Organizational/Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, with further doctoral studies in Clinical and Organizational Psychology at New Mexico State University.
