Rose Alia Rodgers joined AGB Search as a Search Associate in 2025, after serving as a Research Analyst at Joele Frank, a New York-based public relations firm. Prior to this, Ms. Rodgers worked in executive search for four years in a number of roles at Isaacson Miller, a Massachusetts-based executive search firm, where she specialized in project coordination, strategic sourcing, and investigative research on individuals and organizations for higher education and nonprofit searches. Ms. Rodgers has also held research fellowship and internship roles at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History and worked as a Referral Coordinator for a California-based health plan group. In her personal time, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and visiting museums. Rose is based in Hawai‘i, on the island of O‘ahu.
