She specializes in business law and advises French and foreign corporate groups of companies and investment funds on their national and international corporate transactions. Romane holds a Master 2 in International and European Business Law and an LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris. In addition to her internship with our firm in the 1st half of 2025, Romane has previously completed internships with several law firms, including Jeausserand Audouard, LUTHER and Schannen & Bannach, as well as with the accounting firm HEXO as a legal expert. She speaks French and English.
