About Mr. Huber
Roman studied Business Economics, Marketing and Business Management and gained a degree in Marketing Management, following his vocational training in Electronics. From 1984 to 2002 he held various national and international management positions in the Computer, Systems and Medical Business at Hewlett Packard. From 2002 to 2006 he was in charge of over 20 subsidiaries as Vice President - 'Area Manager Switzerland, CEE and Turkey' at Computer Associates (CA). Roman joined our company in 2006 as Principal and strengthens our capabilities of filling management positions in the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Financial Services and Medical Technology sectors. For quite some time now Roman has been giving close attention to issues concerning Corporate Governance and the ever-increasing demands that board members are facing nowadays. He is well-versed in searching for board members and in assembling complementary boards of directors.
