Romain Clio is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he co-leads the firm’s European Financial Officers Practice. Based in Brussels, he specializes in high-level finance assignments across all industry sectors, with a particular focus on Industrial and Natural Resources. His expertise includes conducting senior executive and non-executive director searches and assessments for both public and private global organizations. Before joining Russell Reynolds in 2019, Romain was a Principal at Korn Ferry and served as an EMEA Finance Business Partner at AstraZeneca. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent six years as a Manager in Advisory Services. Romain holds a Master of Science in Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where he also served as a Teaching Assistant in Economics for several years.
