Professional background A member of the Paris Bar, Rodolphe advises investment funds, listed and private companies, founders as well as their managers, on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters. His areas of expertise include: Private equity transactions; Mergers and acquisitions (M&A); LBOs and investment transactions; Corporate law. Rodolphe holds a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise), a Master’s degree in Business Law, and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paul Cézanne University – Aix-Marseille III, providing him with a strong academic background in business law. Drawing on experience gained at leading international law firms, Rodolphe advises clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, supporting them at every stage of their investment, growth and development projects. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Rodolphe was serving in the Private Equity team at Goodwin. He previously practised within the Private Equity and M&A teams at Winston & Strawn LLP and K&L Gates, following several internships in business law, notably with Shearman & Sterling, and UGGC Avocats (Shanghai office). He speaks French and English.
