Robert Voth works with leading financial services and digital payment companies on Board, CEO, and C-suite hires, and assists in enterprise-wide leadership, organizational development, and succession projects. Based in Chicago, Robert leads the North American Consumer and Commercial Financial Services Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates. Robert is a senior advisor to an expansive set of clients from global money centers and regional banks to community banks, credit unions, and payments companies, as well as consumer finance, transaction processors, and private equity firms. He's a trusted partner to clients on a full range of board, CEO, president, and general manager engagements, as well as CRO, CIO, CMO and CHRO roles. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Robert spent more than 18 years in senior leadership roles at another leading global search firm. He led his previous company's quality initiatives program and served on their technology committee. Robert successfully filled board, CEO, president, general manager and other senior-level support and business unit executive positions throughout North America and Europe. Robert began his career in education prior to joining the search industry. Robert serves on the Board of the V Foundation (Don't Ever Give Up, Inc.). He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kenyon College in Ohio.
