Robert Bonneau is determined to leverage his one-of-a-kind perspective, far-reaching network and solid B2B/B2C management expertise at national and international level to help clients find and recruit the best possible talent for their organisation. After a decade at HEC Montreal, where he held a series of management-level positions and developed Canada's largest international exchange program, Robert became involved in the then-burgeoning e-commerce industry. The next 15 years were spent shaping the digital revolution that would redefine business consultancy at an unprecedented scope and pace. As a member of the company's senior management team at Mediagrif, he was instrumental in developing and spearheading various vertical markets (electronic components, diamonds & jewelry and wine & spirits) and played a vital part in rolling out a full-scale e-commerce model. He was then appointed President of TWIST, the parent company of JJBuckley Fine Wines. Under his leadership, it would become the top online purveyor of fine wines in the U.S., with distribution centres in California, Florida and Texas. Robert earned his B.Ed. from UQAM and his MBA from HEC Montreal. He serves on the board of the Fondation pour les eleves de Montreal and the socioeconomic issues committee of the Chambre de commerce de l'Est de Montreal. An experienced runner, he completed the Boston Marathon twice and is registered in the 2024 Edition of the Tokyo and Berlin Marathons. He is the proud father of four children who keeps him happily busy. Robert is fluent in French and English.
