Riana is a Partner, with over 25 years of experience in providing tax and advisory services to large Greek and multinational companies and groups. With a legal background and extensive experience in accounting and finance projects, he has mainly dealt with corporate tax law, international taxation, tax compliance and tax audits, buy/sell side due diligence as well as mergers & acquisitions. He has collaborated for a number of years with large companies, mainly in the financial, real estate and infrastructure sectors, as well as in the consumer products sector, and among others, for the management of large reorganization projects. He has also dealt with the integration and implementation of various EU Directives that impose information disclosure obligations, such as CRS, MDR, as well as the operation of non-profit legal entities such as Trusts, Foundations.
