Ricardo Bäcker is the Founder and Chairman of Bäcker & Partners, an executive search and leadership consulting firm based in Buenos Aires. With over 30 years of experience in management and human capital, Ricardo specializes in shaping high-caliber management teams and fortifying organizational governance for boards and CEOs. He is a recognized expert in neuroleadership and serves as a Professor of Human Capital for Board Members at IGEP. Additionally, he chairs groups of General Managers and HR VPs for Vistage Worldwide, providing collective development and executive coaching. His extensive career includes serving as President of Korn Ferry Argentina and Managing Partner for Heidrick & Struggles and Amrop. Previously, he spent over a decade as a Partner at Accenture (Pistrelli, Diaz & Asociados). Ricardo is an Industrial Engineer, having earned his degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
