Ms Papailiou holds the position of Senior Manager in the Executive Search & Selection Department of KPMG, where she started her career in 2008. She possesses 15 years of overall professional experience, having assumed the coordination and implementation of various selection & assessment projects for top, senior and middle level management positions for Greek and multinational companies in the local and international market, especially within Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail and Telecommunications industry. She has conducted more than 4,000 interviews. She is also heavily involved in the development of the new service of Executive Search & Selection Unit "Executive Onboarding". Additionally, she has obtained significant experience, working as an Instructor on Human Resource issues and is actively involved in coaching/mentoring programs. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and Post Graduate Studies in Organizational & Economical Psychology at Panteion University of Social & Political Sciences.
