Reinder van der Schaaf is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry. He is based in the Firm's Amsterdam office. Mr. van der Schaaf is part of the company’s Organizational and Leadership Advisory business in the Netherlands. He has more than 25 years’ experience in assessing and developing senior international leaders and leadership teams within large international companies. Mr. van der Schaaf also has significant experience in advising C-suite level leaders on optimizing organizational, leadership and talent processes. Mr. van der Schaaf leads Korn Ferry’s global accounts ASML and DSM for Advisory. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. van der Schaaf managed consultancy teams around the globe for a niche firm specialized in talent assessment solutions that predict performance and helping to understand people’s strengths, weaknesses, work styles, and values through a robust portfolio of valid and defensible assessments. In his earlier career, Mr. van der Schaaf trained police officers in applying the right interview skills in order to get the most and reliable information from others. Mr. van der Schaaf holds a masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Groningen. He is fluent in Dutch (native language) and English. He understand and speaks Norwegian and German as well.
