In collaboration with Harvard Business Review:

Why do so many talented women enter the tech industry only to leave it mid-career? Despite decades of awareness and effort, the tech sector continues to struggle with retaining and advancing women—especially women of color. The culture of tech remains one of the most persistent barriers to equity.

In this webinar, we sit down with Telle Whitney, trailblazing computer scientist and co-founder of the Grace Hopper Celebration, to explore the critical insights from her new book. Drawing from personal experience and extensive research, Whitney examines the cultural and structural forces that shape women’s careers in tech—from hidden biases in promotion decisions to the isolation faced by underrepresented groups in engineering and leadership roles.

She lays out a roadmap for companies and individuals to transform tech culture into one that values inclusion, belonging, and long-term retention. Her message is clear: it’s not enough to invite women into the room—we must also change the room itself.

Join us to learn how executives and organizations can reimagine workplace culture, embrace accountability, and ensure the future of tech includes everyone.
