Rebecca L. Lynch, Ph. D., is a Leadership and Higher Education Professional based in McAllen, Texas. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Bachelor of Organizational Leadership program at South Texas College, a role she has held for over a decade. Most recently, she served as a Consultant for Academic Search, leveraging her extensive background in senior academic administration to assist institutions in identifying leadership talent. Her executive career includes serving as Vice President of Curriculum, Program Development, and Faculty Affairs at DHR Health and Vice President for Student Learning (Chief Academic Officer) at Texas State Technical College. Dr. Lynch has a distinguished foundation in health sciences, having chaired the Radiology department at South Texas College for 16 years and directed allied health and radiologic programs at Pennsylvania State University and Robert Morris University. She holds a Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University, an M. Ed. in Adult Education from Penn State, and a Master of Public Health from Texas A&M Health Science Center.
