Rebecca Byron Lohk is a Partner at Headlight International in Stockholm, bringing over 20 years of experience in executive search, interim management, and management consulting. She specializes in recruiting senior executives and experts within operations, supply chain, and product development for leading international organizations. Throughout her career, Rebecca has held leadership and co-founding roles at several firms, including Gro Nordics, Reach, and Byron Bandstigen Executive Search, and she formerly managed the research department for Amrop in Sweden. In addition to her professional practice, she is a dedicated social entrepreneur and serves as the Chairman and Co-founder of Medsbag. Rebecca is also a certified executive coach and a published children’s author. She holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences from Stockholm University and has completed specialized studies at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Paris-Sorbonne University.
