Raúl Lacaze is a Partner at Bäcker & Partners, specializing in leadership consulting and organizational transformation. With over 30 years of experience managing human capital, he has led critical start-ups, mergers, and business integrations, most notably as the Director of People for Telefónica-Movistar Argentina, an organization of over 10,000 employees. Raúl is a pioneer in integrating neuroscience into management, having certified as a coach at the Neuroleadership Institute in New York. Beyond his consulting work, he is a professor of Digital Transformation at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and serves on the advisory boards of several prestigious institutions, including IDEA and ADRHA, where he previously served as President. His early career included foundational roles at Abbott Laboratories and Movicom-BellSouth. Raúl holds a degree in Labor Relations from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, a Master’s in Sociology from UCA, and a certificate in Design Thinking from the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado.
