With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading companies and designing leadership strategies that drive organizational growth. His career includes significant leadership roles at global powerhouses; he served as General Manager and Marketing Director for Stiefel (a GSK company), and held senior marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble across the U. S., Mexico, and Peru. Raul is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having spent over a decade as Managing Director of OTx Care, where he guided healthcare and consumer brands through market entry and distribution scaling across the Americas and EMEA. He is an active executive member of the International Executive Resources Group (IERG) and previously served as Managing Director for Cornerstone International Group. Raul holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima and an MBA from the American University - Kogod School of Business.
