Ramona is a Senior Consultant. She develops and oversees Leadership Assessment and Development practice activities in Romania. Her specialties are executive assessments, organizational development, and coaching. She started her career in telecom and banking, making an inspired shift towards the training and coaching industry in 2006. For the past decade, she has been focusing on coaching executives and leaders during career transitions and project implementations. She has extensive experience in training and facilitating groups. Ramona took a natural step forward in her professional journey by joining Stanton Chase’s Bucharest office after a successful career as a master trainer, coach, and facilitator. Ramona’s academic background is in Psychology and Sociology. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments. She has completed training in several coaching approaches, systemic facilitation, and group dynamics. Ramona speaks native Romanian and is fluent in English. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, travelling to her favorite places, and exploring new destinations.
