Rajesh Shukla is the Head of Finance at Stellar Search, a global leadership advisory firm specializing in executive search across emerging markets in Asia and Africa. Based in Delhi, he oversees the financial operations and fiscal management for the firm. With over two decades of professional experience, Rajesh has developed deep expertise in budgeting, sales forecasting, and general accounting. Prior to joining Stellar Search in 2019, he served as Senior Account Manager at Caper Travel Company Pvt Ltd for over seven years, where he handled complex financial matters including Foreign Direct Investment and overseas contracting. His previous experience also includes serving as Manager of Accounts for Shanti Adventure Tours Pvt Ltd and as an Accounts Executive for SBEC Sugar Limited. He began his career in audit as a Senior Audit Executive at Agarwal Ajay Kumar & Company, focusing on statutory and internal audits. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Allahabad University and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Pune. He also completed his CA Inter through The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
