Raj Kumar Paramanathan is the Managing Partner of CnetG Asia (a member of Kestria), based in Petaling Jaya. With over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, he advises Boards and CEOs across the Asia-Pacific region on critical leadership decisions and future-ready succession planning. He specializes in financial services and private equity-backed organizations, utilizing an advisory-led approach that prioritizes leadership behaviors and readiness over linear career paths. In addition to his role at CnetG Asia, he serves as the Global Practice Leader for Energy at Kestria and is an Executive Board Member of the IRC Institute for Thought Leadership. His career began at Siemens Power Generation, where he spent five years focusing on project and quality management. Raj holds a Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity Improvement from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and participated in an International Workshop on Strategy and Leadership at the National Defence University of Pakistan.
