Rafael Pyrich is a Business Partner for the Nordics and EMEA at Hightech Partners in Oslo, where he leads recruitment delivery for executive, technical, and specialist roles. With nearly 30 years of experience across in-house and agency environments, he specializes in managing complex, multi-stakeholder recruitment processes and supporting leadership in clarifying organizational needs. Before his current tenure, Rafael served as Head of the Sourcing & Delivery Team at HTP Group and spent nearly nine years as Managing Director of Nicheclover, providing talent acquisition and employer branding services across 20+ countries. Earlier in his career, he co-founded PWP Consulting, a recruitment outsourcing and executive search boutique in Vienna. He also spent seven years at Odgers Berndtson (formerly Ray & Berndtson), rising from Researcher to Senior Consultant across offices in Vienna, Warsaw, Budapest, and London. Rafael began his professional path with roles at the United Nations and in management traineeships with Marriott and Steigenberger Hotels. He holds an MA in Human Resource Strategies from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Tourism and Hotel Management from Washington State University.
