Rachel Ta is the Managing Director and founder for The Office Limited. Over the years Rachel has fostered deep partnerships with her clients and candidates in the region across various sectors including manufacturing, retail and commerce. Rachel is a known leader in the executive search industry having managed and trained multiple consultants who have become their own leaders in the industry. She believes the recruitment model is constantly changing though technology and would often deliberate with her peers in the market in how recruitment should evolve for better practices. Prior to setting up The Office Limited, Rachel brought the Derwent Executive firm into Hong Kong, growing it into a reputable brand and market leader in Industrial, Sourcing, HR and Retail. Over her 9 years tenure, she also set up the Beijing and Shanghai offices. Rachel personally leads executive search mandates and assists her team in creating commercial value for clients. Rachel was brought up in Paris before coming to Hong Kong, and is fluent in French, English and Cantonese. She also initiated a philanthropic program with the firm to gently support charities by donating a percentage of the revenue with the sole aim to encourage awareness to corporations to ‘do more’.
