Her experience and educational background in health administration and information technology give her unique insight into the nuances of today?s healthcare leadership. Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Rachel recruits for key senior leadership roles in healthcare and the not-for-profit sector, with particular expertise in identifying CEOs and C-suite executives in the areas of strategy, operations, nursing, and marketing, as well as for chair positions. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Rachel was an associate vice president of a small healthcare consulting firm in Alexandria, Virginia. She specialized in assisting clients to assess and understand federal regulation and to implement effective compliance strategies, including HIPAA administrative simplification and program infrastructure. Earlier in her career, Rachel spent five years as a consultant with Accenture, a leading management consulting firm in Reston, Virginia. She developed key working relationships with clients, vendors and other project team members in creating technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. In addition, she worked as a consultant in the human resource group and provided human resource management and operations support. Rachel speaks and writes regularly on leadership topics important to executives and devotes time to working with her network of contacts on career development.
