Priscilla Motte is the Managing Partner of AIMS International France in Paris, where she also serves as the Global Head of the Life Sciences Practice and a member of the Global Automotive & Industrial and Board Practices. With over 20 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in identifying C-level and Director-level talent capable of driving organizational transformation. Prior to AIMS International, Priscilla spent 12 years as Managing Director for Europe at BHC & Partners Executive Search and served as a Corporate Partner at Intercontinental Executive Search. Her extensive leadership background includes roles as Principal at Eric Salmon & Partners, Partner at Neumann International AG, and Managing Director for France at The RSA Group. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Healthcare & Life Sciences for Europe at Kearney and held General Manager and Principal positions at Ken Clark International in both France and the UK. She began her career in HR as a Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager at Promod, following sales and marketing roles at Xerox in London. Priscilla holds an MSc in European Marketing & Management Strategy from Stafford University, a Master 2 in Human Resources Management from the University of Lille 1, and a BA Honors in Business Studies from Humberside Polytechnic.
