Pooja Mulchandani is a Consultant in the Leadership Advisory & Consulting practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in Mumbai. She specializes in top team assessment and development, coaching, culture, and DE&I assignments across multiple sectors. Prior to Russell Reynolds, Pooja spent over eight years at DCB Bank as Group Vice President of Human Resources, where she held several leadership roles including Head of Talent Management and Organisation Development, and Head HRBP for Asset Units and Digital Banking. Her previous experience includes serving as Practice Head for the BFSI vertical at Gilbert Tweed International and General Manager of Human Resources at Welspun Group, where she established the centralized talent acquisition cell. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Manager for Executive Search at Randstad India (formerly EmmayHR Services) and a Recruitment Consultant at Parker Bridge in London. Pooja began her professional journey with a voluntary teaching internship in Tamil Nadu. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BSc in Psychology from Northumbria University.
