Pietro Mazzocchi is a Partner and Leadership Advisor at Spencer Stuart in Brussels, where he has spent over 20 years of his professional career. He currently leads the Supply Chain and Operations Officer Practice in EMEA and manages key client relationships within the Transportation and Logistics sector. Since joining the firm in 2005, Pietro has completed more than 500 top-level international projects across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific, with recent specialized experience in C-Level and Non-Executive Director recruitment for Private Equity organizations. He began his tenure at Spencer Stuart’s Italian office as a functional expert in Supply Chain before expanding his scope across Europe from the Brussels office. His career at the firm progressed through roles as Assistant Associate, Associate, Senior Associate, and Principal prior to his appointment as Partner. Pietro holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre and is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
