Phillip Osborne is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Partner for Asia Pacific at Kincannon & Reed Global Executive Search, based in Australia. With over 25 years of C-level experience, he specializes in recruiting leaders for the food, agribusiness, and life sciences sectors across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Phillip also serves as a Council Member for the AESC and previously chaired its Nomination & Governance committee. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed in 2015, he was the Managing Director of Eventus Business Advisors and held various CEO, COO, and CFO roles. His leadership history includes serving as CEO of Gourmet Food Holdings and Aquarium Industries, and COO at Evans & Tate, where he managed significant business turnarounds, IPOs, and operational restructurings within the FMCG and beverage industries. He began his professional career at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG). Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Deakin University and is a graduate of the Wine Executive Program at the University of California, Davis.
