Phillip Guest is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman of Pacific Talent Partners, an executive talent consultancy based in Sydney. A proven business leader with extensive experience across the Asia Pacific region, he specializes in executive search, talent management, and career advisory services. Phillip’s career includes nearly 16 years at PageGroup, where he served as the Regional Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, overseeing nine offices, and previously as the Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific region. His earlier professional background includes serving as the Financial Controller for Guinness Australasia at Diageo plc and working as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Recovery & Insolvency division at KPMG Australia. Phillip is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a Chartered Accountant (CA). He holds a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney and completed his secondary education at Trinity Grammar School.
